yeah, it's the art league of houston as kurt said. the house they built on top of it has a coffee shop in it that is really lame and not what you would expect from the building owned by the art league of houston.
This is (was) "Inversion," an art project in Houston, Tx whereby an artist stripped the siding from a to-be-torn-down building and created a temporary art installation.
