Well...there are certainly funny things in it, but there are also a lot of things that aren't so funny. Kramer seemd to assume that grabbing every comic he could lay his hands on and shoehorning them in everywhere would make the movie exponentially funnier, but for me anyway, it just isn't so. You can't assemble the cast he did and NOT have many hilarious moments, but for my money, Blake Edwards' The Great Race comes closer to being a great comedy.
