There is a service for gated communities called PooPrints that collects saliva from all the dogs of a community and retrieves the DNA and then if dog excrement is found that the negligent owners failed to pick up, the poo is shipped off to PooPrints, the dog identified by DNA typing and the owners fined.

That's a sanctuary??! Why can't they at least have some bushes and more trees in there to make it a little nicer for the wolves. That doesn't look like a very nice place for them. Do they live out their lives there? I sure hope not!
