I agree with that. However nothings perfect. Stuff gets loose, birds go to dumps, plastic stays around. None of this is reason to not yank um apart when tossing them.

Maybe it is satire but this article ain't exactly "A Modest Proposal". Maybe if it were in fact funny or had offered anything constructive to better understand the real problem. I think it's a pretty weak argument to encourage people to properly dispose of garbage. Assuming that was part of its purpose.
