I wonder what freaked out the fox at the end of the vid?"

The normal Fennec Fox excitement response. They're spazzy little animals.

I have a similar issue, maybe not exact and unfaltering like this woman's... but my memory does tend to get a bit crowded as I have a hard time forgetting things. I don't remember exactly everything nor do I make an attempt to, but I remember bits and pieces that happen to be precise details. This makes retracing my steps quite easy and I'll have exactly what I needed based on what I remember.

The problem? I remember the stupidest things. Even if it's just an offhand remark that I read in an email that somehow comes back to haunt the person I'm talking to. "I never said that!" / "Lemme find that email, you said 'blah and blah'... Yep, here it is." / "Aww, crud. You suck."

The worst part about remembering trivial and stupid details is that, yes, it really does crowd the mind. I can't shut my brain off when I try to get to sleep and end up remembering/reliving moments from my years' past that I'd really, really like to forget. Nearly every morning I'll wake up shortly after having a pretty extensive vivid dream. Details as rich as it was happening. Checking the mail 4 years ago, what I got in the mail that day, how I felt, etc... It doesn't go away easily.

Quite frankly, I'm tired of remembering the one moment where I screwed up during piano recital (when I was 7 years old! 23 years ago!) and waking up to it feeling just as embarrassed now as I did then.

What about the band P.O.D.?
What about the storage containers PODS?"

Or the maternity store, Pea in a Pod? They've been around for much longer than the iPod.

Apple just wants to cement their position as complete, total iDiots.

Stuff like this always makes me uncomfortable. How much of this bird’s existence was devoted to training for this, to it, meaningless exercise? Well, I’m sure it eats well…"

All animals crave stimulation. Whether it's conscious and responsive or instinctual... This bird is living a far better life... even if you probably think it's being treated like a slave for *gasp* learning actions based on commands for a treat... It's getting attention and affection from an owner as opposed to being just left in a cage and being called a pretty bird all the time.

This bird is living the high life. Birds are VERY social creatures and do not handle merely being locked in a cage by itself well at all. Believe me when I say this, I've seen birds mope and get depressed. A properly trained bird is always eager to please and willing to do tricks just for the social activity of it.

Could Aye Chihuahua give us a visual representation of what he/she just wrote?"

I'd rather not have to look at pictures of scat, thanks. It's an all too common tactic to paint a situation as a single party's doing. Lest we forget the implications of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and who was behind the S&L Scandal then that predeeded, but also directly served as a catalyst for, it.

Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, had their hand caught in a cookie jar. Every. Step. Of. The. Way.

"Free market" greed coupled with Reaganomics economic policies... Or have people already forgotten about what the 'Ol Gypper did as well?

And the people of the United States, we voted them in.

Everyone is complicit. The people I knew who mocked me for living within my means... are the people who are suffering most now.

While this doesn't give you an answer based on what I think the device was... but a remark based on what I think it should be used for:

"The best way to film people who want to be on Reality TV shows."

Let's start with the oldest show, Real World, and work our way up to the most obnoxious, saving them for last.

Oh, and if you can fit the cast of The Hills in there somewhere, that would be great.

Going frame by frame just before you catch Homer driving into the driveway will show some little gems... One of them is a even-if-you-don't-blink-you'll-miss-it shot of God fighting the Devil. It's seekable with the youtube video progress slider.

You can finally see how much Maggie costs!"

$486.52 after she gets beeped, but the sign says $243.26 before she's passed over the scanner. That means Maggie costs exactly as much as the total of the food before she's scanned into the total. Maggie costs $243.26. Hrm. I thought babies went for more than that...

Long time reader here and I'd have to put my bits into the hat along with those who aren't too thrilled with the Queuebot. I know it can be a lot of work to stuff the site with content on your own and I see no reason why the queuebot can't occasionally supplement what is posted by the site maintainers, but certainly not in the volume that it has been posted recently. Scale it back to 25%ish of what it has been and maybe it won't feel quite so overloaded for most of us. The biggest issue with submissions is that it tends to be fueled by statwhores or people who think they're the only ones who read both Neatorama and one of the other aggregaters (be it Fark, Digg, Reddit or Bannination)... Neatorama's previous saving grace was the infrequency of cross-site dupes and quality over quantity submissions.

I would love to see trivia for:
A Knights Tale
Jurassic Park
Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas

This just might be my new favorite feature!"

www.imdb.com

Type in movie

Click Trivia link.

Geez. People need everything spoonfed for them. Nothing against the occasional feature on this site for variety, but if you want it so bad... look it up yourself.

My usual time trend is looking at the clock and seeing 4:44... happens way too often. I had to convince myself I wasn't just remembering one set of digits more than others. I kept track of all the times I saw when looking at the clock for a month. And yes... all times were seen once. 4:44 was seen 12 times.

Was this worth of publishing? What a bore. I must be an idiot to come to this website anyway."

I guess it takes a bigger idiot to leave a comment after one has had that thought about coming here...

I wonder just how artificial insemination will help two male penguins become parents ??"

"DOJ

@Jane - we’re all puzzled"

Yes. So easy to become puzzled as males are NEVER used in the process of procreation. There's no way to create a fertilized egg through the process of artificial insemination. Nope.

You two are morons.

Search for "air dog" on Youtube. What's happening is that someone threw in some death metal music on top of a video of a dog that likes "eating" air coming from an air compressor. Too bad ForD isn't trying too hard to make sure their content isn't completely ripped off from other people.
