Painters from the Baroque forward (I think it started with them) used to put wet clothes on models so that they could sculpt the cloth for maximum effect. There is a story of an opera singer who liked the idea so she had her dresser wet and sculpt her gowns. Looked good until the hot stage lights turned the water into steam and made it look like she was on fire.

Can I vote for neither? Unless there is a shower and a way to steam out wrinkles, no one will ever use this for a business meeting. On the other hand, a high top van that has a sleepigng couch and a work desk would be very welcome.

Since the this species lives a solitary adult life, it will likely leave when it gets old enough. As long as they feed it live prey, it should do well.

You warm weather drivers slay me. Run the same experiment below zero and then tell me how much fuel a start-stop system saves. In case it matters, I now live in California and drive a hybrid. The gas engine stops as soon as the car does and the start is 100% electric. However, when cold, the gas engine runs until it is up to temperature which occasionally is the whole trip.

I was hitting discos back then and was floored when Off The Wall came out. I studied that album like no other trying to figure out why it was so radical. My conclusion was, and is, that Jackson grew up experiencing music at the highest levels. However, his domineering parents never let him participate in its creation. He turned 21 in 1979, fired his family and put 16 years of musical frustration into OTW.

It is called "Acid" for the movie public. It is really a set of compounds that corrode organic material like Lewisite or some venoms. Why doesn't it harm the Xenomorph? That is over-thinking.

Of course it only took one letter to get the bio-baby back. The agency is lucky that the police did not get involved. There are laws about holding a human for ransom.
