I, for one, regret any effort to "recover" the exclusion zone. Studying its natural recovery from human activity is well worth skipping a sip of inferior, grain based vodka.
"Stopping at a hotel" frequently meant imbibing. While bars have closing hours, it is legal in most places for a hotel to serve guests at anytime. Well-to-do drunkards would end a night of partying by getting a hotel room and continuing the fun either at the hotel bar or in the room.

When I was traveling a lot, I was informed that if a passenger skiplagged, the entire flight was grounded until the plane was searched or the passenger was found. If that is still the case, skiplagging might save some money but massively inconvenience everyone else.
I carry a $3 bug bomb when I travel. Set it off, hang the Do Not Disturb sign, and stay out for two hours. I wish someone would make a similar product with disinfectant.
As long as this is communicated when booking, I see nothing wrong with the list or the price. That being said, I would balk at renting this place. If it was all a surprise at check-in, I am with dan1101.
