Edward's Comments

When one is stuck on a problem. There is great benefit from having a large number of fresh eyes on the issue.

That being said, this article reads more like Maslow's hammer/nail conundrum. In the end, the only advice was to expand the suspect pool. Where was the analysis of the physical evidence: Where did the salt come from and were all the salt containers dusted for prints? Did they track down the knife? How about the owner of the obscure bible?

UofM Crew. To say I was third string is to be polite.

1. Starters cannot see the finish line. Boats are dispatched on a schedule, sometimes before the previous race is finished.
2. Inexperienced coxswain. The rowers sit backwards. The cox steers the boat and gives commands.

Beat me to the Star Wars reference. However, let me add an even more retro reference: The same sort of sound can be created by placing your ear to an extended Slinky.

Regarding Hichcock, Those were the pre-Atkins days of "The Drinking Man's Diet". I wonder if that low carbohydrate meal were accompanied by a martini.

Hmmm ... since I am not going to build a magnetic track, I will have to build a pumpkin that levitates without one.

Anyone with a left-over mini pumpkin, send it my way. I might use up a few during testing.

This has been on my mind all day. The disks inside the keyway are bearings allowing for smooth entry and exit. It might have been discontinued because it could be susceptible to bump keys.

I have always had a problem with this story. The numbers do not make sense. For starters, 500K liters would be under 5,000 standard barrels. The largest fermentation tanks these days only hold 10K liters. I cannot imagine one fifty times larger. The writers are forgiven for mixing up brewing and fermenting.

As well, porter takes no more than month to ferment. Brewing would take a day or so.

I have no affiliation with GoDaddy other than being a customer. The reason I used them is their customer service. The first person who picks up the phone has the ability and desire to fix problems. If it is beyond their skill level, a single escalation resolves it within 24 hours.

Coming in second is Amazon Prime. They completely avoid customer service by allowing the return of anything.
