I discovered badfinger when 'day after day' played at the end of a simpsons episode. maybe not really though, that's the only song I purchased and I kept forgetting to look up more of there stuff. A few days before the breaking bad finale, the DJ on the radio talked about Badfinger and their bad luck briefly, and even mentioned the song Baby Blue as one of their hits. I resolved to listen to more of their stuff, and then fate thrust them into the limelight.
