I wish I would have known of a company like that in high school. I had a bulldog of a woman typing teacher who would whip our hands with rulers if we weren't keeping up a certain speed. Hurt like #$@#.
By the end of the semester, we were all typing above 80 wpm (one girl could sustain ~150 for easier transcriptions, I typed 100-120). Best and worst teacher ever.
WOW, I'm really surprised that more people weren't standing around watching ... unless the camera was in front of the crowd. I wonder how many bands have a harp player?
Where I live, almost 100% of our power comes from Nuclear and Hydroelectric dams, so a car like this would be VERY green. Unfortunately, in India most energy comes from Coal, so it would simply shift auto energy from a high cost source (gasoline) to a low-cost one.
I'm with John. These were almost certainly NOT created by al-Qaeda. These are about as real as Iraq trying to buy yellowcake from Niger. Note the torturers are in modern-like homes, wearing non-mideastern clothes, using modern appliances for their torture devices. IMO, it's not a coincidence that this came out the same weekend that Cheney was blasting and casting doubt on the Geneva Conventions.
This scratch off would have been much better if we could have won something! :)
On the ads - a blog like Neatorama uses MASSIVE bandwidth, and has very high associated costs. I'd much rather see advertisements plastered all over the web than have to pay for content.
Hey Ruby - how did you do that? The second time I played I got 20's (with some necessary minuses/drops) on all 7 levels ... at that point wouldn't you just quit?
My grandfather just died last weekend from complications related to a TIA (about his 100th, literally), had he known these symptoms 20 years ago he could avoided many of the problems over the years.
