Echinecea. I thought it was a Japanese word, so I pronounced it like it was Japanese: Eh-chi-neh-ceh-ah. My friend (now husband) said, "What word are you trying to say?" We figured it out once I explained what it was and he laughed at me for like a month.
I get to keep my pride, because 1) echinecea does not sound like how it is spelled AT ALL, and 2) he pronounces a lot of things wrong. His parents are both native german speakers, so he learned some odd pronunciations as a child that sort of stuck...weirdly stuck.

I am unsure what to call it, the "Autoledo." (Like auto + ledo)

What a great list! Of course, I have to object to Heathcliff and Catherine's inclusion...oh, so wrong and beautiful and horrifyingly meanbadawful. A lot of these characters are loved or hated pretty passionately, which has to make them worth reading, right?

This one is hard; are the fingers stitched to the tummy? Or are they free-roaming? They appear to be detached, in a semi hands-free fashion. A person wearing this couldn't reach very far, but could maybe pinch or tickle someone close.
