I always remember the Mythbusters where they investigated the science behind the "Diet Coke + Mentos" reaction and when they broke Diet Coke down to its individual ingredients, Adam specifically put on a respirator and warned everyone about the dangers of the raw caffeine he was handling. That was warning enough, for me.
I happened to be listening to Devotchka's "The Winner Is" (http://listen.grooveshark.com/#/s/The+Winner+Is/2FNu5h) when I clicked 'Play' on this video (YouTube was muted) and the track synced up frighteningly well to the proceedings.
Also: WOW. I had no clue about all the work that went into just moving the shuttle.
Truthfully, nobody should be eating larger portions consistently after 7 PM or so. Our metabolism naturally starts to power down at around that time and thus, even if you're eating healthy, your body is less equipped to metabolize it as quickly or effectively.
Even for people who consider themselves night owls and don't have a traditional schedule, the natural rhythm of the body's metabolic processes is not easily shifted.
