When I was a kid, my second-oldest sister's boyfriend had a bull terrier like this one. It would eat anything. He gave it a tire once - as a chew toy - and the dog ate most of it. Not the steel belts, but damn near everything else.

Looks like you could make one yourself for about $50 by cutting the top off a heating oil tank and a few parts form the hardware store. Of course, why you'd ever NEED to build your own is perhaps left undiscussed...
