Isn't this question kind of racist? I mean, no matter how vast a majority may be, you can't judge a people based on the behavior of separate individuals. Do the people who aren't racist in Mexico just not count?
First off, I think the Twilight saga is one of the most anti-feminist works to emerge recently. The heroine is nothing but a Mary Sue. Totally devoid of personality. She depends on her man. Instead of creating an identity and life for herself, she adopts that of her new beau and his family. And the whole wait-until-marriage thing is fine, I guess, but it's a little bit too Mormon for my taste, and I find it unrealistic. Aside from all that, for Christ's sake, the vampires sparkle. I started reading the first book just to see what all the hubbub was about and couldn't get past the fifth chapter. Lines like, "...my stomach was full---full of BUTTERFLIES" are absolutely aneurysm-inducing.
Jesum Crow. I've never eaten one of those, thank goodness. I can't believe there are 34 ingredients in just the bun. That's ridiculous. The fact that things that are good for you tend to be more expensive is completely nuts. They really should get taxed or fined for poisoning people, if not forced to produce less toxic food.
Wait, is she making ceramic cups that look like paper ones, or paper cups that look ceramic? Because if it's the latter, I don't understand how she's helping her cause at all.
I don't think eating bugs is that gross. It makes sense nutritionally, and it indeed would help solve the hunger problem. I think if this idea were to evolve somewhat and we as a society started to familiarize ourselves with bugs in food form, bugs could very well become the next beef.
