This particular Simon Cowell is extremely pleasant! I love how nonchalantly he talks to the swan and cygnet.

I'm extremely skeptical. I saw this same picture years ago in a funny Lifehacking Tips article. The Redditor who uploaded the pic has submitted tens of thousands of links to Reddit (not normal for a regular user) - I would consider this stolen material...

That was also my last episode. All stories share the idea that the audience connects with one or more characters in a meaningful way. It was self-flagellation to relate to a character only to see him/her killed off to satisfy that chapter's body count. Plus, I've been rereading Homer lately - other books just seem to pale in comparison.

I'd only call Adella a cosplayer. The other two are an entertainer/actress, and a model just hired for the photo shoot. When you get paid for it/had nothing to do with making the costume, you're a mascot, not a cosplayer.

What a nice gesture, though I would have liked to see this many pay their respects before the man passed away.

The fact that she has two different websites listed in this professionally taken photo tells me it's a marketing ploy by a fitness professional. This is akin to a rocket propulsion expert asking what's our excuse for not knowing advanced calculus. Exercising is her job. What's her excuse for not knowing how to do all our jobs?

You must share the location of this bakery!

I'm not saying there aren't dangers in trick-or-treating, but it's one of those overblown issues. More kids die from drownings, drunk driving, and cribs, but the public demands less mundane fare from media.
I'm glad there are ways to keep kids safe, but less effort and time should be spent on Halloween safety, and more on overall night safety. Going to a parking lot and picking up free candy is not trick-or-treating. It's great if there are no alternatives, but going door-to-door on your neighborhood isn't just about sugar, but neighborhood community and solidarity. I'm glad our neighborhood gets in the spirit. I would be sad if kids didn't come by on Halloween. We go all out and love it when the parents get more scared than the kids.
