I agree - the person that answers this question states that "He was elected to the Senate, which refused to allow him to sit; was elected to Congress...", which of course means he was elected to Congress twice...did the House allow him to sit? When a basic statement like this is incorrect, the veracity of the rest of the information is in doubt.

Gerald Ford was elected to Congress, before he was appointed to the office of Vice President to replace Agnew, so Ford doesn't apply in this situation. That being said, if the President, Vice President and Speaker of the House are incapacitated, the next up in the line of succession is Secretary of State, quite often an un-elected person that has been appointed by the President (and approved by Congress). So that negates the "Fifth Condition"...

Freiwaldau is not considered an "annex" of the Auschwitz complex, as they were two entirely different systems - concentration camps by the Schutzstaffel (Himmler and the SS) and Stalag camps by the appropriate military branch.
Even in this very post there are contradictory claims. I'd view this entire thing with a healthy does of skepticism.
