I actually work from home, and it's no different whatsoever than working in the office. My employer logs keystrokes and can see my production for each day. Corporate America would NOT let people work from home if they believed even for a second that they would be losing even 1% of the employees efficiency. To the contrary, most employees become more efficient from home, and the company even saves roughly 30% per employee on overhead. So yes, this graphic is pretty much true, everyone has their own opinion on what working from home is like, and almost everyone is wrong.
