The fact that a Bond movie was filmed there was pretty much irrelevant to me when I visited, but it was still one of the most beautiful and amazing days I've ever spent on vacation. The limestone caves are awe-inspiringly beautiful and completely unique. Believe it or not this photo does not do them justice. I'd recommend this day trip to anyone regardless of whether or not they are Bond fans.

This is why I canceled cable. Hulu plus Netflix and I have everything I want to watch (except Game of Thrones, siiiigh) for less than a quarter of what the most basic tier of cable costs in my neighborhood. I'm never going back until the system overhauls so I don't have to subsidize sports anymore. I hope the cable companies adapt or die.

The poor quality of the color work is defeating the purpose here. It looks like he didn't spend more than ten minutes colorizing this. The entire field of trees is one flat shade of green, there is one shade of blue, one shade of flesh, one brown. Nothing in life is so perfectly uniform. These pictures look less lifelike to me than they do in black and white.
