When I was little my aunt tried to show me Return to Oz telling me that it was even better than the first. It was terrible and terrifying. It begins with doctors trying electric shock therapy on Dorothy, and goes downhill from there.

It is a shark egg from the Horn Shark. It's spiraled so it can stay lodged in the sand. (It looks like some people beat me to it)
