I'm going to have to agree with Mooncake AND L here. I would have much preferred a separate gym class from the boys, especially swimming in junior high (worst time for it!!)
That said, Mooncake makes a very good point in saying that the real world is not segregated. I agree. Isn't the point of school to prepare you for grown-up life, being able to handle a variety of situations with a variety of people?
Besides, if parents think it will take their child's focus off of the opposite sex, they are just kidding themselves. Boys and girls will always get themselves muddled up over each other no matter what, and it's just another learning experience for "real life".
If someone chooses to go to a single-sex high school, that is their choice, but by no means do I think it should it be made the mainstream.

We have a small bunch of these at the Cincinnati Zoo. They are adorable if you can see them (they are really really well camoflaged).

At Ali: He is far past the age of ever fully learning human communication or leading a normal human life ever. Psychologically, there is an integral period of time in which we learn communication skills. This reminds me of the story of Jeanie, who was kept in an enclosed room until found by social workers at a late age. But I also wish he could gain some form of normalcy also.
Unfortunately, psychologists are gonna be all over this poor boy when they (and the police) should be all over his mother.
This whole this bothers me on so many levels.

I'm just waiting for my tummy fat to migrate to my boobs. Maybe...just maybe then this will apply to me.
That being said...I work in a bathing suit store and women come in all the time complaining of not being able to find swimsuits big enough on top. And the ones that are big enough are all "old lady" styles that they really don't like because they aren't cute at all because for some reason, swimsuit designers think women with big boobs are either old women or have no taste.

I feel like something is missing here on both sides...
also, one might take into consideration the difference in food portions in different cultures...just a thought.

Thank you Midwest Medic. That problem is not confined to England in the least. I've had to wait hours in the ER before with minor hemorraging due to a cyst. Hurt like nothing else. Actually, I got sent home three times before they figured out it WAS a hemorraging cyst.
AND my dad and aunt were both put ON HOLD by 911 when my mother fell ill from meningitis.

I think I've seen session 9.
I've heard a lot about Waverly Hills and Athens, since I'm not far from either. I've read in a number of places that Athens is some sort of paranormal center and even a "gateway to hell"...which, if you're from ohio, is pretty hilarious.
I love this type of stuff. So scary and cool.

I've seen lots of hair products with placenta (human or otherwise).
And to thegeekyruler: many animals eat their own placenta for a few reasons: one is to get rid of any scent of blood as soon as possible to prevent predators from finding them or the babies (felines of all sizes do this and other animals) and also, a female who has just given birth is not able to hunt/forage for food and so the placenta serves as an immediate form of nutrition to sustain both the mother and the babies, because if the mother is not getting some sort of nutrition, neither are the babies.
I have heard, though I would not do it, of human women eating their own placentas after they have given birth.

All the fish I have every had, goldfish, guppies, betas, mollies, all swim to you or the place they expect food to come. Especially if it's at the same time.
I have never met anyone who actually believed that myth anyway...

I hate people who freak and generalize. Besides...almost EVERY kid has a hoodie! And crayola markers are kinda fat...no ultra-fine points there.
