c0ldfish, the distance between Earth and the Moon far exceeds the radius of Jupiter. So even if you placed Jupiter on the exact same orbit the Moon travels, there'd be lots of space between the two planets.

I mean, if the creator of the said religious law is all-knowing and all-powerful, he wouldn't make unintentional loopholes. That means every loophole there is is quite intentional and god can't have a problem with those who use them.
