It's a psychic's dowsing pendulum for finding leylines, water, hot/cold spots in haunted places, etc.

I live in a remote mountain city somewhere in the northern Philippines, and me and my friends would ABSOLUTELY LOVE to have a lot of dice so we won't be scrambling for the one set we collectively share whenever we play D&D on Saturday nights (before we eat fried squid balls and noodles).
