It's true Regina is the shittiest place on the planet and I live there so I know. I have some good friends here but the worl'd biggest assholes live here and not all of them are in public office, you meet them in stores, in the so-called malls.

Tourists: Stay away! The cops are lousy and have the lowest rate of conviction of any place in Canada - they're too busy with donuts and 2.99 breakfasts... They're not even nice !

There's a spending boom in Regina right now, lots of new trucks with jacked up wheels. It's a real red neck shithole....
