Lory is definitely a C5/6 incomplete quadriplegic. She cannot lift her head in bed, when reclined. She cannot lift heavy items off of the ground. Many of the muscles in her arms are affected. She cannot lift her own weight, as a paraplegic can. She has extremely limited dexterity in her fingers. Her legs are dead weights. There is absolutely no doubt that all four limbs are affected. As her mother, I can guarantee that not only does she have "limited" use of her arms and hands, but that such useage is "dramatically" limited.
