I seem to have a problem understanding this article... Is there a law against black people attending white schools in america or something? Isn't apartheid over? Because it surly can't be because they didn't live in the same district. I never attended a school even close to my home b/c my mother was always looking for the best school for me, which not only is legal in europe but also normal.
