"Violent imagery is, after all, associated with violent behavior." No it's not, at least the consumption of the imagery is not. Isn't it time we got over the whole "Violent images made him do it" fairy tale? With an cliched image about men like that, it's understandable that that reporter (and twilight'S fanbase) needs her infantile version of the castrated slave of her wishes. which shows it: twilight is not like action or horror. it's like certain other cheap media, demeaning to both genders and to be watched in private, with a tissue.

firstly, what everyone else above said: it's a crappy movie and it's surly no feminist literature.
secondly, even if it is female fantasy: i do also frown upon certain movies which have only the purpose of delivering the goods to men. that's what intenet porn and privacy are for. movie tickets are are too expensive for pure hornyness, at least for me. i'd like to get some lasting impression for my money.

Is it somehow a taboo nowoadays to be against hunting? Why does every third comment start with "I'm not against hunting or anything, but..."? Are hunters under some kind of a political correctness protection?

I'm not some kind of crazy animals rights activist or anything but I hope every fool who has nothing better to do with his time and money then to go to the forest and snipe some unsuspecting deer shoots himself in both foots. and gets defecated on by bunnies and foxes while he lays there for a day. It's not that you couldn't buy meat at the market...

It worked for a while for Darkseid and the Allfather... If the shaman couple of that tribe sends a baby in a kanoo out to the world to make it the sole survivor from impending doom from a nearby vulkano, it's getting eerie.

not funny because: in this drawing steve buscemi looks like christopher walken. and, since father and son look extremely similar, there would be no need for the pigeon...

@crux: nope, it's not allowed to have ones photo taken with headgear for a drivers licence, at least in austria. they even ordered the guy to get a psych evaluation because of this picture. in an interview, niko alm himself called this foto a protest against religious privileges and demands the same right, to wear ridicolous hats in official pictures.
