Is this real? I mean ,this could be either just another advertisement campaing to set lawsuits to local goverments that get over the poverty of the society or just another lame joke of nearotama but I gonna answer to myself then:yeah, it is real,it is a reality that become even more real as I think deeper about it and as a result find the causes that give in birth all kind of impoverishment
