Bullshit. As a libertarian I can tell, that I'm neither rich nor an anarchist. I support a minimal state (also known as "night-watchman state", a small government, but nevertheless a government. There are the so-called "anarcho-capitalists", but they are only a small minority within the libertarian movement, so you can't label the whole movement as "anarchist".
