I thought the same thing...15 grand for a shed on wheels?! And the guy's in construction?! Maybe I know why he couldn't make it in that business.

"Ok ma'am, I've got your estimate for your new dog house...we're looking at about $6300 before permits."

Well jeez, when they put it this way...what's the big fuss? It's just essentially a proton roller coaster that crashes invisible atoms together. I almost did that for my 6th grade science fair.

Dude, that is just crazy talk. Oh, if it was just as easy as 'build a better product'. This kind of inflammatory nuttiness is just hilarious.

I live around and have worked in Detroit, and you might as well be reading from the Necronomicon translated into Klingon to those guys from the formerly Big Three. I think the retention level would be higher.

I can see a GM executive reading this with that look that dogs get when you're making dog noises to them. Roooorw?

Also, they're getting extra 'reality points' because everything surrounding her is real...the hair, the clothes, the way light falls on her body. If you were just to isolate and watch her face, you would see more issues. You're brain 'wants to' believe it since the rest of it is obviously real. I mean, it is impressive, and is quite less creepy than something like say 'The Polar Express'.

This is also an internet sized video that's been compressed back to creation. If this were HD video, or worse yet on a film screen, I think you would be even more creeped out.

And the question of 'Why' has always been out there. While it definitely could do wonders for gaming, it seems akin to the building of the atomic bomb in terms of 'the wrong hands'. The wrong hands being resurrecting dead actors and making them do horrible things. I'd hate to think of this being common place enough that the 'people' who make those 'Meet The Spartans' movies could get their hands on it. Talk about a dirty bomb.

Wow, $400 and it takes photos like a cheap cellphone. 'Neat'

The Rollei ancestors are rolling over in their graves.

A local distillery...Leopold Brothers...was serving and selling absinthe before recently closing and moving to Colorado. I actually really like the taste, it's like nothing else I've ever had and I would describe the buzz as very lucid. You're drunked up, but you are aware of what you're doing and you feel like you have your wits about you. And the sugar cube and ice water 'ritual' is an interesting addition. Plus the idea of a green Kylie Minogue flying around your head, even just once is worth a try.

Talk about missing the mark...Venture Brothers front and center. I don't know anyone who's been introduced to Team Venture that hasn't gotten sucked in completely.
