As a Houstonian, I can speak accurately when I say that it's an Art Car. Every year we have an Art Car at the beginning of the summer and people decorate their cars in all sorts of crazy ways, have a parade of it, and then drive the cars around the city for the rest of the year. The man may have something against Jesus, or he may be poking fun at the bible beater part of Texas culture. Lighten up.
I live in Houston, where Knitta is located and the art actually holds up really well. They're usually left up for a long time, especially if it's on door handles and stuff.
