i wouldn't think it would take all day either, if the proper tools are available (def a few hours though). Ice, duct tape and solder. hot water/ heavy hammer, xacto knife, circular saw (depending on the solder he used.)
i would think the 'cup' method, like mooncup, would be a better choice for this area. They claim to last for quite a few years and are a one time purchase which would also be detrimental in areas where there are no proper waste processing facilities and everything ends up on the streets.
I did have hopes for the Occupy but without a leader in their cause people, message and actions are left up to the individual which inevitably means that a lot of well meaning people get buried under the extremists (similar to essentially every movement ever). Still, it is a clear indication that a huge percentage of the country is angry with the way the country is won and will continually be reflected in years to come. Think long term. I know I'm angry with the government but I really do not feel like being arrested or pepper sprayed while demonstrating my right to peaceful protest, this should be what you criticize, not the small percentage of protestors mimicking christian televangelist.
my first thought was "how would that survive any natural disasters?" i think seeing the wtc is like people who see racism in things that weren't intended to be.
I had a job in a clothing store once and my manager hated me for some reason, then one of the other girls told me that the manager would always comment on how sarcastic I am. I confronted her about this and she totally denied it. After that I always told her how great she looked and how good of a job she was doing :D
I laughed at this one pretty hard.
