Wow...just...wow. I was born with a congenital heart defect and would have died if not for the efforts of the doctors. I've had several surgeries and ongoing health problems. But I enjoy life and I am about to finish my PhD and I believe I make a positive contribution to society and my family. Not giving someone a chance because you think they *MIGHT* be a burden is heartless, cruel, and, despite your flawed logical argument, completely irrational. By your argument you should not have kids at all, and if you do, you should kill them, because who knows, they might become a criminal.
