the line is drawn as children dont have the finances to eat at hooters in tokyo. Its very pricey for the crappy food they serve and there is a better restaurant in the same plaza that has ninja's as servers. Or you could go to one of the best turkish restaurants in town with amazing belly dancers (from turkey, not the bean poles from japan that cant shake it).
