My Mom wouldn't let us kids have candy cigarettes or Big League Chew because she felt they encouraged tobacco use. Not that that prevented me from smoking during my Mr. Phony Rebel College Boy years, but I get what she was driving at. I remember some kid snorting Pixie Stix and everybody thought he was an idiot.
Why does it have to be news? This isn't news-o-rama you know.
Anyway, I've been dreading the upcoming long weekend at my parents' house and this little video reminded me that they're very nice people and I should quit being such a selfish jerk.
Boy, just when you thought Phil Spector couldn't look more like a zombie. That picture above with the white eyes...yeesh! That's gonna be chasing me through my nightmares.
And what do you with the mouse afterwards? You can't let it outside because it will just come right back in and driving out into the wilderness to release it into the wild seems a little silly. (Reminds me of Louis DePalma on Taxi singing Born Free when he released a rat outside)
Anyway, I have a great, if decidedly lethal, mouse trap in my cat. She left me another gift on the bathroom floor this afternoon.
I like the quote posts. Pigs can be very cunning when it comes to getting out of enclosures. Ours have learned to listen for the snap of the electric fence and they know when that snap is gone the fence is powered down.
Was the footage from "Blue Planet?" I'd look, but I'm a low-speed connection right now. Blue Planet is a great documentary - the new super-clear way they have of shooting under water is astonishing. I wonder if it's available in HD.

Oh, wait, that's what he really looks like. Awk-ward!
