I would guess that the blue sky, plenty of fresh air, gravity and the possibility to have a saltwater bath makes some of a difference compared to a mars voyage.

So in that logic, once the system fails because of noone supporting it, she would die of starvation because she didn't make any long term sustainable food system for herself.
