Anything can be called graffiti if it's out in the open for others to see. Technically it's supposed to be on a wall, but we don't need to get all technical about a post on a blog.
Ohh...it's a real person. At first I thought it was a creepy realistic doll. I guess as long as people don't have to sit at them they would be okay. But, if you look towards the back, they don't use the back of the table---probably because she would bump into things and knock them over. So it's just like having a waiter walking around with a tray attached to your waist...
And I /love/ this song. And her dancing. She's awesome. =)
