Marshmallow Creme is fun to open at high altitude. Once there is a tear in the safety seal it starts oozing out. It ends up expanding quite a bit.

@Ted--it was an article about CHILD miners in the early 1900s. Just because it didn't include the plight of adult miners during that time doesn't mean anything except that subject wasn't in the article's scope. If you're so concerned that the adults have been overlooked, then perhaps you should put together a collection of photos and an article.
However, from what I know of child labor during the era, the kids were often treated worse than adult workers. They had even less power and were given some of the most dangerous jobs. The children were exposed to the SAME or WORSE dangers as the adults and were paid LESS for the privilege.

Doesn't make sense...ride rips off arms of crash test dummies so the next step is to bring in some actual humans to test it?

Many moons ago when I was a kid I always HATED to drink milk with most food (though I did love cereal). I rarely even would drink it with cookies or peanut butter. Almost every carton of milk I was forced to take with my lunch ended up in the trash or with another kid.
In college, I learned just how eurocentric (and even dangerous) forcing milk on children really is. Only a few populations in the world retain the ability to digest milk after weaning. Most of those populations are northern European with a few in Africa and Asia. In fact, a majority of the world's population is lactose intolerant.
I can't believe that the school threw away a perfectly good lunch and forced a kid to eat processed 'chicken' nuggets instead. The person who did that should be fired since they obviously have NO understanding of nutrition or the eating habits of children!

@catlord
1. There's a whole genre of videos depicting cats eating some sort of melon (cantaloupe, watermelon, honeydew).
2. Many cats seem to really like them and from what I've read melons aren't harmful to cats.
3. The melon popsicle in in the video looks homemade; notice the plastic holder instead of wood. It's likely that the person just blended and froze honeydew without adding any sugar or other sweetener (or even other chemicals?) to the mix.
4. BTW, almost everything we encounter is some sort of chemical. We eat, breathe and cover ourselves with chemicals, natural and synthetic, every day of our lives. We'd DIE without chemicals! Something being a "chemical" doesn't automatically mean that it's evil, dangerous, or deadly. It depends on the chemical and the dose. WATER is a chemical. While generally safe, it can be DEADLY if consumed in large doses.
5. Yes, I just wasted a few minutes of my life responding to this.
