WELL, IF THE PHONE LINES ARE STILL THERE AND ARE LIVE,
SOMEONE WITH SOME INITIATIVE SHOULD TAKE A PHONE OUT THERE AND CONNECT IT UP... BRING AN EXTENSION LADDER, SOME EXTRA PHONE LINE AND "DO IT"
