These are the sort of skills that we're sadly loosing. I love his motto: "Quality will sustain". Homemade and handmade will always beat machinemade when it comes to food (and sweaters and socks and a bunch of things too long to list).

I've got several male friends. There's nothing sexual or romantic about it. I think of them more like brothers than anything else.
