It certainly wasn't the longest dispute or strike in British history. Grunwick, for example, was longer by far. Depending whether you count it or not, Burston School at around 25 years was longer still.

Perhaps that's what it's doing - data harvesting on colour vision. Barring problems with calibration of displays and available gamuts, it'd be a neat way to do large-scale statistical research.

Many of my wife's favourite clothes are ones I've chosen. Of course, she chooses her own too, sometimes with me, often without. But the ones that she's still wearing years later are usually those I've brought back unannounced.

Judging by the "targetted" ads I get from YouTube clips on Neatorama (but oddly not elsewhere), someone thinks I need to
a) Plan my funeral.
b) Buy sportswear
c) Buy a new car.
I plan to be cremated in a cardboard box and I'm about as likely to buy a new car or sportswear as I am to sprout wings.
Perhaps it's 'cos I delight in misleading the advertisers....
Oh, and muslim dating agencies. What's with that one? I'm married and atheist. I've several muslim friends...

But then - my wife can't say vegetables and a childhood friend used to give me a terrible time because I didn't pronouce suit the way she did.
