by far the WORST business decision in history is the FAILURE of Xerox to listen to it's own researcherse. Xerox became concerned about the new "Personal Comuputers", and creatd Palo Alto Reseach Center ( PARC) to tell them the future of PCs..PARC invented the Mouse, the ethernet the Grpahic USER interface and basically built the first modern PC.. Xerox wasn't intested in anything that didn't have paper put in one end and copies come out the other.. I think both Steve Jobs & Bill Gates should send them Christmas cards every year for their inability to realize what they had :-)
