yet another proof that my visual memory is way better than my memory for names: 98% correct on face memory, 100% on object memory, and a lousy 58% on the verbal recognition.
thanks for the research. the german wikipedia states that the dry valleys are in fact drier than atacama and sahara. i tried to find some more english info on that, but couldn't. i actually heard about the dry valleys from stephen fry's show "quite interesting", where they talk exactly about this question. i think it was episode one, maybe someone else here remembers that. anyways, i totally agree with you that i wouldn't want to spend my vacation in either one of them - then again, atacama has these funny intriguing lines and drawings...
too bad question 1 on the test already doesn't offer the right answer, which would be Dry Valley in antartica, which is far drier still than the atacama desert. atacama had rain some 400 years ago, dry valley didn't for several thousands at least.
real age being 30, biological age 13 and life expectancy 90, does that mean i have another 60 or 77 years to go...? what about all the influences nobody is even aware of today? no mention of UV rays, living in a city or countryside, being vegetarian or not, hours of surfing the internet every day etc.
it is a very entertaining story, hence neat enough to be posted here. also, this is great news: just yell "jesus save me!" upon being thrust into the fiery pits of hell, and no matter what you did in life (quote: "I broke every one of the Ten Commandments"), you are on the safe side. btw. does his statement mean he is a murderer....? maybe the police should check up on him.
just too bad this guy didn't mention any raven-like creatures in the netherworld, it would have well fitted the series of posts ;)
anyone claiming he didn't get goosebumps while watching this is a liar, liar, pants on fire. he should combine his talent with his job and record some nice ring-tones, hehe.
