I would guess that the boar wasn't "attacking" them. The boar seemed to be trapped on a fenced-in road, and they may have been standing next to an open gate. Just a guess...

These photos prove that a tattoo doesn't necessarily look bad on a senior citizen. They do NOT prove that tattoos will continue to look good when you are older. I will guarantee that some of the tattoos shown in the images were not inked on the skin in the 1950s...
