I think it's great but if their purpose it to teach their kids about the world maybe they should broaden their horizons... North America isn't the world.

This is utterly ridiculous. 1 complaint and this escalates into the cancellation of a charity event. I guess we'll have to resort to pan-handling to raise money *eye roll*

@ felixthecat: Came back from a year in Japan less than 12 months ago and nowhere did I see such signs. Maybe some places are not very welcoming to stranger but most of the time it's places we should avoid anyway (unless you like the company of Yakuza and local criminals)

So... until you spend some time anywhere outside your immediate environment you should abstain from making ignorant statements.

I just went and read the report Titam linked to. I know I post a little late but it can still benefit. Basicaly they say that this is presumably from a female, at least 2 of the teeth were from another human. They date it to 4th century BC. There is not a lot of information on this one but there is an exhaustive history of many such bridges uncovered in different part of the world. This one seems to be one of the least documented.

That was 4+ minutes of perfectly good water being wasted. I enjoyed seeing the cat being so unafraid of water but i'd like to keep as much drinkable water on this planet as we could even more. The video was ruined by the wasted resource.

What were they suppose to do with it?? Look at it rot on the beach? At the size of it, it probably fed and entire village for a few days. I'd rather see it not get wasted than have all this flesh go to waste for the purpose of exposing the skeleton in a museum. Since it had to die, at least let that not be in vain.
