First name In God, last name We Trust. I heard about this yesterday on Chicago AM radio. He's a "budding artist" and wants to sign his work "In God We Trust" Not entirely sure why he can't just do that anyway.

Danny Cooksey was in Salute your Shorts. He came from Diff'rent Strokes. Then went on to be in Terminator 2 as Edward Furlong's friend. He was in a band called Bad 4 Good that got some airplay on Headbangers Ball. And, oh dear god, why was I in that fanclub?
I get that damn SYS theme stuck in my head a few times a year.
Great list! Heeeeeeeeeeeey Dude!

second grade. Also in "computer lab" which was 4 apple computers in the library that we weren't really allowed to touch. My kidergarten teacher was there, she went to school with Christa McAuliffe and we had a giant signed photograph in the hallway. I'm legally blind so I couldn't see what happened very well but the tv went off instantly and two teachers started crying. no one explained it to us which made me really angry. i went home and asked to be allowed to watch the news instead of homework.

gadfly22, THANK YOU!!!!! you are absolutely correct and it astonishes me that people don't see the difference. and that people judge the books so harshly without bothering to pick them up.

For a quick enjoyable read: The Sun Also Rises, Hemingway. Microserfs (Coupland) is another great suggestion but if you've read JPod it's basically the same book. Quick non-fiction that reads like fiction - The Ghost Map by Steven Johnson - a great book if you like maps and cholera (and who doesn't, really?)
