Don't have time just now to read all comments but want to say that c-dub is correct. How about Pop growing up and handling the whole thing in an adult manner. "School is for learning. I'll mail these invitations so as not to cause interruptions or upsetment in class." The two not-invited kids would have found out anyway but they would not have been publically humiliated. As for taking the whole matter to Parliment?? OMG! Grow up, Pop, & set an good example to your kid - there's usually a kind, and intelligent, way to handle a situation - your choice.
