If only they had the resources to fight this in court. It's ridiculous that you can't grow whatever kind of plant you want, especially when alcohol and cigs are perfectly legal.

Oh, wow. Wow.
Mind = blown.
That's where art and games intersect.

That's insane! But despite Anthony's (sarcastic?) comment, I'm sure JP Morgan will make it right. They don't need this kind of publicity.

Anything to get kids interested in science! These remind me of those cuddly little microbes that are so popular. I guess that's the point...anyway, how cute!

Adults (should) know better than to hand out invitations in front of people who aren't invited, but a kid can't be expected to understand that. They don't really have the ability to put themselves in the other kids' shoes. However, this parents should have told him. But when it comes to classmates, what could he have done? It would have been hard to contact them any other way; even if he went around asking for addresses, it would have been obvious who was excluded.

When I first read this story, I came to the conclusion that the mother probably fell short on parenting at some point. I won't go so far as to say that she "deserved" it, but...hey.

Who knew that telemarketing could cause so much wank? Well, this is the internet.
It's a miserable job, but I doubt it's anyone's "only choice" for employment. It's not as if the guy in the video was calling him names or being abusive, he just wasted a minute of his time and probably made the telemarketer chuckle a bit. Harmless?
Yes.

For a fun, offbeat read that's sneakily educational, check out Through the Arc of the Rainforest by Karen Tei Yamashita. It's all about how humans interact with each other and the environment, but it's also a very funny and very engrossing novel. Perfect summer read, IMHO!

Wow, I never knew there was a question about which of his portraits were self portraits. Very interesting!

Well, they just need to make the suit bulletproof. And give it the ability to fly.
