I just did my bit of the west midlands and now am scared to go home....672 offences for the past few months. The population of my neighbourhood is only 12000. Yikes.
I've been reading your blog and other posts for a long time and even though I was aware you were from Kentucky I didn't imagine such a thick accent! Well done though.
Not fake. He was on the Rotunda in Birmingham a few years ago. He didn't just sit there either. Sometimes he would dance and lean over the edge. Sometimes he would immitate birdsong. Crazy and all I quite liked it.
