re: Bear Spray
According to Wikipedia:
"In Canada all products with a label containing the words pepper spray, mace, etc, or otherwise originally produced for use on humans are classified as a restricted weapon[17]. Only Peace Officers, and individuals/corporations who have special government permits may legally carry or possess pepper spray. Any similar canister with the labels reading "dog spray" and/or "bear spray" may be legally carried by anyone. The legality of using spray intended for animal deterent on a person would be decided in court on a case-by-case basis."

Oliver:
Did you read the bloody article? Second paragraph:
"A total of 35 of William McGonagall's works - many of them autographed - have been up for auction in Edinburgh.
The ditties by "The Tayside Tragedian" went for more than a collection of Harry Potter first editions signed by author JK Rowling."

Under U.S. law, it is completely illegal to distill spirits of any kind. You can however, freely create any kind of distillery you want, as long as it is used for some other task, e.g. water purification

Idil,
Studies like this usually have several participants who, for whatever reason, have data that is unusable, or otherwise cause their results to be discounted. It could be, for example, that the students showed up for the handshake analysis, but couldn't make it to the job interviews and so, they were not counted in the data.

This is stupid, people from the island of Lesbos would be called "Lesbosians" in the first place; my bet is that they're just sick of lesbian couples visiting Sappho's paradise!

To make life more interesting, that's why; as silversand says, I know absolutely nothing about the postal carriers that deliver my mail and I personally think it would be pretty cool to see a package's trip across the country

People are definitely less handy these days, probably due to the availability of cheap mass produced import goods. However, I'd blame a lot of this on the overall decline of public schools and the safety Nazis; how many teenagers still have a wood/auto shop, or even get to take Home Ec? How many homes even have a proper shop area, or workspace?
