What an asshole. What's so funny about hurting innocent people? Stealing isn't funny. Screwing with someone else's job isn't funny. You can do all the ridiculous things you want, but when you involve others, then it's common courtesy not to, say, KICK them or destroy their stuff. If you think otherwise, I'd like to see you try to have a good day if someone 'funny' does shit to you.
This sounds like a pretty good idea. As a student, it was a little cumbersome walking around campus juggling a soda and a bag of fast food -- you can smell it, but since you've got the soda in one hand you can't really eat it until you've found a place to park. Around lunch time, almost everywhere is crowded. It would have been nice to have only one hand occupied while the other opens doors, snacks on nuggets or what-have-you.
Seriously "anonymous" no one's going to leave a pack of drugs around for kids to take. Where's the profit in that? It's not like drugs come cheap! By "child familiar with the candy could mistakenly swallow a heat-sealed bag of drugs" the article suggests that one can find these things are just lying about, which is full of misleading.
